PLEASE NOTE: Credentials for organization-level data will only be sent to Quality Leads, regardless of who makes the request. Current turnaround times for credential requests is averaging 30 business days. Connect with your Quality Lead for user name and passwords for data entry or retrieval. Credentials are sent directly from Scores Reporter.
